On the corresponding calendar, sign up for as many 2-hour timeslots as you would like. Some volunteer stay all day! If a slot is not available, that means it’s already full!
Repeat for each individual. Every person must be entered individually so we have an accurate total count of volunteers.

Children under 12 are required to volunteer for the same task as their parent/responsible adult. No children under 10 may volunteer. Each family member must be entered individually so we have a total count, but you may use the same email address and phone number for the entire family.
If you are a youth group leader, we still need everyone’s names, but you may use your contact info for everyone. If your group is larger than 6 people, just email us at the link at the bottom of this page instead to save you a lot of time. We know that is a lot of data entry otherwise.
